If you’re going to work out you need to work out to some music.
This really isn’t an option.
Working out should be relaxing and offer you the opportunity to get your mind off of things. If you are simply counting your reps and thinking about your day at work then you won’t be relaxed at all.
You’ll be hard pressed to ever find me working out without some type of music playing somewhere.
However, this post isn’t about finding the right music to work out to. This post is about cramming in a nice workout when you are short on time and nothing is shorter than a great song. It just seems to fly by and before you know it the next song is playing.
This is what makes some songs the perfect opportunity for you to knock out a mini-workout.
If you have more time then don’t hesitate to combine a number of these workouts together. Nobody says you have to stop at one.
Or maybe you’re like me and have no problem playing the same song for 30 minutes straight.
Good music is good music am I right?
What you have to be careful with these workout is getting so caught up in the music that you forget you are supposed to be working out.
Sing along in your head and make sure that you are doing each exercise properly.
